Our company is named after Ollie, our eight-year-old Golden Retriever, embodying the intelligence, loyalty, and strong work ethic we bring to our clients.

Lynn, CEO/Owner, is SHRM certified and has over 25 years of experience in HR. She enjoys working with small to medium-sized businesses, assisting in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, ensuring compliance, and helping with conflict and collaboration in the workplace.
Lynn is pursuing her Master's Degree in Human Resources at WGU. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, building Legos, and spending time with her family and dogs.
Mark Manning is the COO of Ollie & Associates. Mark has over 25 years of experience in business operations and supply chain management and has held key roles at Advance Auto Parts, Pep Boys, and TMEIC.
