Our company is named after Ollie, our eight-year-old Golden Retriever, embodying the intelligence, loyalty, and strong work ethic we bring to our clients.

Both founders possess 25+ years of experience in their respective fields.
Lynn has extensive HR management experience, including serving as Interim Executive Director of the United Way of the New River Valley.
Mark has held key roles at Advance Auto Parts, Pep Boys, and Toshiba Mitsubishi Industrial Electrical Corporation (TMEIC).
